Whole-unit high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization
MicroPette Plus pipettes can undergo whole-unit autoclaving at 121°C, 1 atm for 20 minutes, without requiring any special preparation for the entire sterilization process. After sterilization, it is recommended to allow the pipettor to cool down and dry completely for at least 12 hours. It is advised to check the performance of the pipettor after each whole-unit autoclaving session. Additionally, it is recommended to lubricate the pistons and seals of the pipettor every 10 autoclaving cycles for optimal performance.
