Working principles:

In a traditional sonic dismembrator, the probe and the sample are in direct contact, only one sample can be handled at a time, and the experiment period is long; For multiple samples, the same probe needs to be used repeatedly, which is easy to cause cross-contamination. Because the depth of each probe inserted into the sample is different, the energy distribution of each process is also different, which affects the repeatability and accuracy of the experiment. In addition, because the container is opened, aerosol or foam generated during sonic processing can spread into the environment, posing a potential biological hazard.

The non-contact ultrasonic DNA fragmentation WM-32A can handle, at most, 32 samples at a time for high experiment efficiency. Each sample is in a separate sealed test tube to avoid cross-contamination. Low-temperature water bath and uniform energy distribution to prevent sample denaturation. Adjustable parameters, standardized experiment protocols, excellent repeatability, and reliable results.
