This equipment maintains the stirring plate at a constant temperature. The magnetic field is generated by the motor underneath the plate, creating a rotating magnetic field that drives the magnetic bar (stir bar) inside the container on the plate to stir the liquid, ensuring thorough mixing and efficient heating to complete chemical synthesis reactions.


Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, chemistry, biology, and pharmaceuticals.

 

Product Features:

  • Independently designed butterfly-shaped heater, combined with a fuzzy PID control algorithm, ensuring high temperature control accuracy, minimal fluctuations, and excellent uniformity.
  • Automatic forward and reverse function: Customizable stirring direction or select automatic forward and reverse stirring mode. It also has an intermittent stirring mode.
  • Integrated timer/counter, allowing separate control of heating, stirring, or heating with stirring. The timer comes with a buzzer function. Heating and stirring can be freely selected.

 

Safety:

  • Built-in high-temperature alarm to protect the electronic components on the protection plate; motor overheating and overcurrent protection greatly extend the motor's lifespan.
  • Real-time display of the plate temperature after shutdown to prevent burns.
